How fast is delivery?
In Pattaya we usually deliver within 1–2 hours of order confirmation. Delivery is always free.
Which area do you serve?
Pattaya and Bang Lamung. Outside this area, contact us on LINE.
How can I pay?
PromptPay QR, card or bank transfer.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, an official invoice from the company. Red Friend is not VAT-registered, so prices are net.
What if a roll is faulty?
All rolls are guaranteed. Tell us on LINE and we exchange them.
Will it fit my printer?
Our 80 mm rolls fit most 80 mm receipt printers. Not sure? Send a photo of your printer on LINE.
How do I order on LINE?
Add @523mkuqm, send the product and quantity. We confirm and deliver.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Large volumes (multiple cartons) get volume pricing on LINE.
